Hire candidates seeking UK visa sponsorship
UK Visa Sponsorships is a job board used by people who need a Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker visa. Every live role we list is checked against the Home Office register of licensed sponsors. If you hold a sponsor licence, you can reach this audience directly.
Post a sponsored role — free during launch
Your role appears to job seekers who need sponsorship, marked as from a verified licensed sponsor, and goes out in matching job alerts.
Candidate introductions — founding employers £99/month (waitlist)
Joining the waitlist is free; nothing is charged now.
Questions employers ask
Do you charge candidates?
Searching and applying for jobs is free for candidates. We offer optional paid tools to job seekers, but we never charge a candidate to be considered for, or introduced to, an employer.
Are listings verified against the Home Office register?
Yes. Employers are matched against the published register of licensed sponsors, which we re-sync daily. Roles from employers we cannot match are not shown as verified.
How do you match occupations?
Candidates tell us their occupation, which we map to an official SOC 2020 occupation code. Roles are classified the same way, so matching uses the same codes the Home Office uses for going rates.
Who are the candidates?
People who have registered with us or subscribed to job alerts because they need UK visa sponsorship — some already in the UK on a visa, others applying from abroad. We never share an individual's details without their permission.
What does it cost?
Posting a sponsored role is free during our launch. Candidate introductions will be £99 a month for founding employers; joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.
